Founded in 1921, the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group entered the Intravenous (I.V.) solutions business in 1946. Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (HKO) was officially founded in 1997 as a subsidiary of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Japan. HKO is responsible for the marketing and sales of products of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group in Hong Kong and Macau.
